Participated in a new business pitch for L’Oréal International Distribution, which was a strategic new business pitch for WPP to re-establish their relationship with L’Oréal after losing the L’Oréal UK business to Publicis. This new business was worth ~£1.5m in yearly revenue, hence the importance.

I was invited to present at WPP’s Global Activation Meeting at Sea Containers, leading a session on upskilling teams in AI by showcasing practical applications, prompt engineering techniques, and strategies to integrate AI into everyday workflows, reinforcing my role in shaping Wavemaker’s AI adoption and future ways of working.

I led the 200% growth of Helly Hansen’s performance marketing in 2024 by making it the leading test-and-iteration account across Wavemaker Global advertisers, leveraging ADV+, DABA, and DPA to optimise performance, increase purchases, and scale revenue.
